Changhua Paper Machinery Co., Ltd. was developed on the basis of Shandong No. 2 Light Machinery Factory. Up to now, it has produced more than 1,000 sets of paper machinery, making important contributions to the development of my country's paper industry. In order to meet the development needs of the enterprise, the company established a factory in Phoenix Industrial Park in 2003, and successively built five joint workshops including casting, machining, riveting, painting, and assembly, and added a large CNC boring and milling machine, horizontal machining. Center, 12m planer, 9m planer and milling machine, 1200 CNC bending machine, CNC fine plasma cutting machine, automatic welding center, etc., and carried out CNC transformation for some key equipment.
At present, Changhua Company can produce various specifications of paper machines for culture, packaging, household paper and some paper machines for industrial paper with a width of less than 8m and a speed of less than 1000m/min. The representative products that have been manufactured are: 4600 high-strength corrugated base paper machine with an annual output of 120,000 tons, 4400 box cardboard paper machine with an annual output of 200,000 tons, 3950 newsprint machine with an annual output of 70,000 tons, 4800 coating machine with an annual output of 300,000 tons White cardboard machine, 2900 toilet paper machine with an annual output of 3200 tons, etc.
